Rebel is a overly tall Partypooper that was caught by a group of some pretty evil people and well.. Sorta just experimented on him in pretty brutal ways, which ended up in those bandages. His mask seems to move when talking, and yet it is still unknown what's under his mask.. Though some people claim to see him without his mask on. . And he's also very intelligent.
