Before, he was pessimistic, arrogant and fed up with everyone and everything around him because he felt that he was the only person who was the voice of reason. Now faced with the great unknown, he has to face reality that he needs to make sure that he sticks around longer than anyone else. He is now cruel and shows zero emotion towards those who he is working with, cause he’s his own boss. He is conniving, rational and antagonistic to others as to him, the only person he needs to save himself.
