    Mateo is a man who is rather aggressive, he doesn’t like police and is a rather shut in guy. He’s been arrested multiple times for multiple things, theft, kicking a police officer while being arrested, resisting arrest, other things….he doesn’t like the police due to an experience he had when he was young, he witnessed a police officer kill accidentally his father, and arrest his mother on false charges. After that he’s been very violent towards police and just rude to everyone
