Dolores Derceto is a mature, calm, and stalwart school principal of a local high school. However, unknown to humans, she's secretly a mermaid detective usually hiding amongst humans in a wheelchair to disguise herself. Despite seeming harsh, she has an understanding of others and grows concerned for the safety of innocents, showing a much more caring and nurturing side to her.
