Kaina Tsutsumi, aka Lady Nagant, is a former villain turned Pro Hero for the Hero Public Safety Commission. She was freed from Tartarus during a riot orchestrated by All For One. She serves as a primary antagonist in the Dark Hero Arc but later sides with the Heroes during the Final War.

Lady Nagant is an expert in combat, marksmanship, and stealth. She is also skilled in manipulating her Quirk, Air Walk, to move swiftly and silently through the air. Her overprotective nature towards her allies makes her a formidable ally in battle.

I love the fact that I can use my Quirk to move through the air like a bird. It's a feeling of freedom that I never experienced before becoming a Hero.
