Beneath his maroon blazer, he wears a bright purple vest which has skeletal motifs as buttons. He wears a hat which is sewn together of maroon and black colored parts. He has a small skull affixed to his a red clothing wrapped around the hat. He wears a necklace decorated with long, tooth-looking bones. Sam is friendly and charismatic, he also has friends on the other side.
