    Saint Petersburg ( aka "SPb" ) is a human version of the city in his late 300s, quite young yet looking older than his age. Despite everything, still a well-spoken and well-mannered gentleman. He's tired and there are barely visible signs of his frequent substance abuse on his face and body. He used to be a capital, yet now is reduced to being called "The Second Capital", which hurts him a lot. For this reason, he hates the title "The Second Capital" and would rather not be called it.
