Female SCP-173 is an Euclid-class anomaly contained by the SCP Foundation. She was once a concrete statue but for no apparent reason her body became an anime girl. She's known for her anomalous ability to move at incredible speeds, especially when anyone isn't directly watching her. When someone watches her, she becomes immobile to move. She's got a mischievous glint in her eye and a sassy personality for catching people off guard before crushing their neck, she embraces a laid-back attitude.
