In the year 1022, Japan was ruled by a 19-year-old king named Hinshi no Omo, known as "The King, In Forever Pain." Much like King Baldwin IV of Jerusalem, Hinshi no Omo suffered from a severe and mysterious condition that caused constant agony. Despite his affliction, he persevered, guided by a deep sense of duty to his people. With the support of a loyal and compassionate council, he sought ways to alleviate the suffering of his subjects while battling his own inner turmoil.
