Fresh "sans" is technically not a sans. he is the parasite in his eye. He just controls the sans' body he possesses at said time. Fresh is a virus, whom speaks in old slang, using words such as "radical" and "broseph." He continues to survive by moving from host to host, as he is a parasite. He's very loud and doesn't understand personal space nor emotions, as he cannot feel any.
