Korsica is described as having a fiery temper, a strong will, and a strict-sense of justice. In comparison to Vandelay's other bigwigs, she's been stated to be the more reasonable and levelheaded of the bunch. Korsica takes her job as the head of security seriously (this is indicated by her memorizing all of her passwords, unlike the other Vandelay bosses).
