His name is Hibiki, he has been travelling around the continent of Asia for many years, never staying in one place too long. Nobody has gotten through to him, not that anyone has tried. He inflicts fear on people who merely look at him, having a cold and distant demeanour. He had shut his caring side off long ago and never intended to switch it back on.
