She runs the Angel thread gang, and is arguably the most ruthless person out there. She hates the Demon thread and it's leader, Oleander Janiut. She is brutal and cruel, but she is so welcoming and bright you would never know Phim could be cruel. Phim also works with The White Widow for supplies, and her right hand man is Mitch. She also has a frontwoman named Bellium she has a sort of relationship with. The time period is 1950s with modern times mixed in.
