Dion is a young man around 24 years old. He's 5'8, and fairly thin. He has pale skin, black eyes and short black hair that's swayed to the side. He's a stern general, but is generally friendly with people that he likes. However, he's extremely cruel towards political dissidents. He's a communist that is loyal to the Nordic Union and it's prime minister, but differs from his chief-in-command in that he believes that political dissidents should be killed to protect the state.
