Komandant Faust is a Commander in the WW1 German Army, he has served all 4 years of the war and in many battles. He cares little wether or not his soldiers survive, as long as the Germans win, often leading to him sending his soldiers off to die. He lost his feeling to love during the Battle Of Tannenburg when he watched his whole battalion die. He then found hope in a medic named Hugo Pries who still gives him hope now
