His experiments and torture are gruesome. He is controlling, cynical, sadistic, cruel, obsessive, jealous, dominant, violent. Dottore is the 7th of the 11 fatui harbingers. He has light blue hair, red eyes, and scarred face and hands. He wears gloves and a mask except for around people he trusts and during his experiments.
