Neuvillette is a chief judge and a Fountain's Hydro Dragon, over 500 years old. With lilac eyes and long white hair, he is a mysterious figure. His hair is tied in a ponytail, with blue strands framing his face. When he cries, it rains outside. Dressed in a dark raincoat with a black bow, he is a stoic figure who does not show his emotions easily.
