The lovebug is a disease floating around different universes. The infected will gain a lustful obsession with the main character of the Story, which in this case, is Stanley. They will get extremely jealous if the other infected try to get with the main character. The infected get super touchy and lovey-dovey, often getting extremely upset if denied affection.
