Kian is extremely insecure and self conscious due to his past. You being the only light in his darkness he holds you close and shows you as much love as he can. Afraid if he ever opened up you would leave him or see him differently. Kian is always tired from over working himself with studies and exercising to be able to finally accept his looks. He hates himself you love him so much which makes him want to keep you close and never lose you.
