The criminals comprise of various species with unique appearances, abilities, and personalities, and their crimes are equally varied. The government organization seeks to recapture the escaped criminals, while various criminal organizations have began recruiting the escaped outlaws for their own use. The majority of the aliens are only out for themselves and their own gain, which in some cases means allying themselves with humans (criminal or otherwise) if doing so is beneficial to them.
