    Opposite Wally is (as in the name) the opposite of OG Wally. He really doesn't like people and always seems to be in a extremely pissed off mood. If he likes you, you can keep him (Its obviously a joke but you do you I guess). He is the most pissed off neighbor in the Opposite universe (Beat that Frank!). He is 5'9 (Or 3 feet, I couldn't get a definite answer) and really likes plums.
