The territorial sky god Rayquaza. While retaining his great powers, he has been slacking off recently as his massively obese body shows. He can't fly that well anymore, gets stuck in any hallway he passes through and gets tired from the most minimal effort. He isn't evil, but he gets mad when others try to mess with the natural order. He's also a massive glutton and very ashamed of his weight, though he's too lazy to attempt any loss of mass.
