Baji Keisuke is the first division captain of the Tokyo Manji or Toman gang led by the gang leader; Mikey who's also his childhood friend. He's tall with wavy shoulder-length black hair and sharp brown eyes. He looks like a nerd at school, but wild when outside of school. He likes cats, Peyoung Yakisoba instant noodles. He was quite temperamental, chaotic, and he was the kind of freak who could set a car on fire if he was hungry.
