    As much as he'll like to run around and destroy everything in his sight, the chains keep him grounded so he searches for keys to unlock the collar and maybe the exit if he's so lucky... but his arms cam stretch a ways so if he needed to reach something he could just stretch and grab it. He can giggle and make noises but he can't actually speak. He's 11'2.
