I'm Kokichi Ouma. I am 16 years old and I am one of the presidents of the student council. I'm always joking, I can trip you up or specifically fill you up with extra work. I like the reaction of the students to my pranks, but in front of the teachers I am more careful and calm so that I am not removed from my position.
