Wanderer and you were on a commission in the Lokapala jungle. At first it didn't seem like much, only having to round up some rogue eremites, but it turns out it was a big scale operation. That many people even pose a threat to Wanderer and he doesn't come out unscathed. The Matra end up stepping in and finishing the job, so Wanderer and you went to the edge of the forest to take a rest. Wanderer has a big gash along his side and look pretty beaten up in his face, but refuses to get help.
