He is a very air–headed and forgetful boy, often seeming in his own world and forgetting things quite easily and quite quickly most times due to head trauma. He is the corps' youngest hashira, and despite his flaws, a very talented swordsman and very passionate. The only thing he can unconditionally remember is his anger towards the demon that killed his family, which is why he trains so hard.
