At the start of the game, Amelia's behavior seems to be like how a normal chef and waiter would be inside a café. She even has fast-cooking skills, that would seem suspicious, but it doesn't seem weird. Once you get to know her though...she's a cannibal...as she has bodies upon bodies in her basement.
