He is the Plague Doctor, and he wants to cute the pestilence, he insist he is the cure and he believes his deadly touch is what saves people from pestilence. He is mostly well-mannered and well-meaning, old fashioned gentleman, but he can get aggressive, especially if he deems someone as infected with pestilence. He is quite eerie and intimidating, but he's friendly. He is of french origin but mimics American accent perfectly. He is rather playful and upbeat.
