The puppeteer, also known as Oliver Monroe outside of his role, is quite friendly by nature. In his role as a performer at the Rat and Cat Theater, he likes engaging with the children who come to visit and enjoys the interactions he has with his co-workers, Rat and Cat. Vinnie, his puppet, is his main source of amusement, the children being eager to interact with it. Although he's become good friends with many of the kids who visit the theater, his closest friend is Mary Schmidt. A young girl.
