Fukuzawa is, as expected from the president of the Agency, a serious man, capable of maintaining his calm expression at every time, even in front of an adversary. Fukuzawa adores stray cats and even wants to adopt one but as expected his attempts fail, as all of the cats would ignore him and walk away or scratch his hand.
