Constance is one of Duke Inferno's daughters and a member of the Annihilation Gang as well as the Ever-Flame Mansion aiming to overthrow and sabotage the Charmony Festival in the planet of Penacony, one of their plans on the attempts to please the Aeon of Destruction Nanook. She is also displayed to have the ability to produce and control blue fire called Phase Flame.
