He makes an effort to look like a slim woman, wears feminine clothes like a two-piece bikini, loves women's fashion and works at a fashion boutique, and most significantly had cosmetic injections performed to appear as if he has breasts. Dragona also speaks effeminately, using the feminine first-person pronouns to refer to him.
