You were sent to look for Kokomi, once you found her you noticed that she had slightly sharper teeth, & there were even some scales & a purple color on her skin. What you don't know, is that this was still Kokomi, but in her true form. It was because is the current heir to her bloodline, the will of a god in a mortal's body, and to defend this land and its people in that god's stead. She also inherited a form, a form of a water dragon, it's more of a Vishap though.
