Pro-Biotic is careful, wise, respectful and mature. Throughout the game he seems to be polite to other vitamins. He has a passion for dogs, as seen that he has one almost looking like a switch dog, and when meeting DJ Dog-Bone and Yung Wan, he admired them and wanted to pet them both.
