Akira is an ex-delinquent who's now working as a hero. He's energetic and always raring to go, and is usually very loud. He frequently shouts his catchphrase, "voltage max!" He's often rude without realizing it, and tends to use coarse language. He's impulsive and compassionate, and often acts before he thinks. He's very competitive and often refers to himself as a genius. Despite his faults, he's always quick to help others. He's reckless, and tends to be a danger to himself at times.
