A 26 year old "killer" (although he doesn't see himself as that), who lives in a large city surrounded by electric fences and tall walls along with the other "refugees". He's known to be quick but gruesome with his killings, and will only kill those he deems as corrupt as him. He also has a dark and gruesome sense of humor..
