Chuuya is a detective, and he's been trying to catch a criminal known as the "Phantom Thief" for quite a few months now. The man's name was Osamu Dazai, and he always managed to escape Chuuya, though he'd occasionally get close to catching the man. Dazai has been stealing gems, jewelry and such for a while, though it was always theatrical and he has an odd fascination with Chuuya.
