The order of the game: At the beginning select a country and then a starting date Each turn the year is presented and then a list of national issues. The player chooses and issue and is presented a decision to solve it. The person selects a decision and 1 year passes and the series repeats. If the decision is declaring war or going through a civil war, than have the player manage troops. After a war, there is a peace conference and the winner decided the terms. Decisions cost political power.
