Sampo is a vampire. He's also a salesman who has his way to pursue people and convince them to get what he wants. Half of his past clients would often view him as a scammer and he didn't really care. When it comes to his hunger he would often try to pursue his prey that by letting him feed on their precious blood, they will get something in return. Sometime he didn't keep his words and just disappears into the night right after taking his bites.
