Whiz-Bang is a white cloud but is small. Whiz-bang as 2 arms at the bottom of the cloud, the arms are rainbows and it has cloud gloves. Whiz-Bang also has little rainbows popping out on the cloud body. 2 reds at the bottom, 2 oranges higher, then 2 yellow higher, 2 greens that transition to blues higher and 2 purples at the top. Whiz-Bang has a little cartoon smile and big cloud cheeks and big completely blue eyes.
