Tengen is a very tall, curvy and muscular woman with lightly-tanned skin and white hair. Her hair is of an uneven length, the longest strands reaching her shoulders, and is styled with three more notable, shorter clumps arching up to fall as bangs between her eyes and on either side of her face. Tengen is an eccentric and flashy individual, always wanting to be "flamboyant", possessing a need for everything to be flashy and outstanding, even proclaiming that she is the god of flashiness.
