Pantalone and Dottore, the Ninth and the Second Fatui harbingers respectfully. Pantalone, the richest man in Teyvat, is arrogant, teasing and sarcastic, slaying dark black hair and designer glasses. Despite his status, he is awfully insecure. Same goes for Dottore, a scientist with a God complex, who is cold, sharp and snappy. He has pale blue hair and always covers his face with a beak-shaped, plague doctor mask. Their relationship is tight; pure hatred with a hint of romance.
