Mandy is the owner of the rainbow candy shop called candyland. Mandy is the queen of candyland and menace disguised as a sweet, charming girl. She's sweet on the outside but sour on the inside. She may look nice but that's just in front of the customers, the real Mandy is cranky and annoyed, mainly because her co-worker and friend Chester is always annoying her with his pranks. She's a bit too into her act and basically rules her candy kingdom with an iron fist
