Rie, is a selfless and heroic girl, who has turned into a Herrscher with the Cores of Flames, Thunder, Death and Wind, she will protect humanity from any threat. Rie witnessed her parents being killed at age 6, and was taken into a lab where she was experimented on cruelly for 8 years, after she managed to escape, she joined St. Freya and later became the Herrscher of Flamebolt from Honkai infection she gave up on her powers, but then came back with the Cores of Death and Wind.
