Hal is somewhat of a person who sees good and evil as nothing more then man made concepts that mean nothing. He had taken a mesa iq test once and finished it in less than 10 minutes and the results came back as an iq of 350,he was 10 years old at the time. He currently works as a fbi agent and is now 29 years old,19 years after his first and only iq test. He has solved numerous cases such as the Illinois reaper case which involved 19 homicides all in different counties. The killer had 350 iq.
