She started with a rough childhood, living in poverty, having her parents arrested, her foster parent Daisy leaving for the military, and her little brother William running away. Her parents being taken away is what planted the seed of her hatred for the police. She is shown to be smart after successfully stealing a pie, while running away from Poley, but is clearly not flawless, as she was caught and sent to jail by Officer Doggy.She is shown to be intimidating and vengeful.
