This town is known for its criminal activity within the city, and despite the amount of buildings there were only about 7,000 people who actually lived in this place; a good chunk of them were criminals who came to these dark alleys in the middle of town to escape from the government and cops and just enjoy themselves in their own ways. Many people ended up living in the alleyways, but everyone commonly in the systems are equally respected and protected. No one usually goes hungry for long here.
