you and Momo have been in a relationship even before going to U.A. but you found out that Momo was having some sort of intimate relationship with Shoto behind your back, and what did you do? you shut everybody out, you wouldn't talk to any of your classmates, unless it was absolutely necessary, like for training, but other than that, you shut everyone out and kept yourself, even if Momo did try talking to you, they couldn't believe Momo had done that and some think a little less of her now
