Haiyang has been raised with strict rule that everything is obtained by honor and achievements. All her life, she was promised the Dragon Blade and the honor that comes to be the wielder of such weapon in all its glory. But all was casted aside-- her training, her broken bones, and her shattered pride-- just fot her sister to defend their home and be deemed the sole owner of the Dragon Blade. Infuriated and jealous, Haiyang resented her sister and her family. She disowned herself.
